For deliveries to local areas, we can arrange to have the item taken indoors and assembled for an extra charge.We want you to be happy. Please note that all of our Furniture delivery options are considered a curb side delivery, meaning that the item will be delivered to your address and does not include taking the item inside, upstairs, or assembly. For very large items such as Wardrobes and Sideboards, we will need to get these hand-delivered by a courier. For slightly larger items (chest of drawers etc.) we may send this on a pallet or organise a courier to hand deliver your item. For smaller pieces, we will use either a conventional courier such as DPD or Parcelforce, or this may be sent via pallet. Furniture Deliveryĭepending on the type of item ordered, we use a variety of shipping methods to deliver items of Furniture. All items will be quality checked by us prior to dispatch to ensure there are no faults or issues with the product(s). In the event that a third party has been sent to collect your order we will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the delivery process. If you are planning to send a third party courier to collect your order please notify us prior to ensure your item is packaged suitably for the delivery. Our open hours for collection are between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mon – Fri. Any orders placed after this time will be prepared for collection the following day. We will aim to prepare all orders to be collected the same day if ordered before 2:00PM. Please do not attempt to collect until you are provided with a confirmation that your order has been prepared and is ready for collection.
